Junior Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure websites are user-friendly, optimized, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS/JS-based static websites.
• Build and customize websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders like Elementor/Divi, etc.).
• Convert PSD/Figma designs into responsive websites.
• Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible and mobile responsive.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and implementing updates on existing sites.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to execute client projects.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and WordPress trends.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience in WordPress theme customization & plugin integration.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and cPanel/WordPress installation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly web structure.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of PHP & MySQL (basic level).
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development (or relevant field).
• Freshers with strong skills or 1 year of experience in web development preferred.
