We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra , including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role plays a key part in supporting the overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Details of the Role; Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials or products. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers or branches. Maintain inventory records using ERP/WMS systems. Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock verification. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. Manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and prevent damages or expiry. Prepare and maintain documents related to goods movement (inward/outward). Supervise loading/unloading activities to ensure compliance with handling procedures. Report stock discrepancies or damages to the manager promptly. An ideal candidate will have; 1to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse layout planning Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sector Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
