Job Description

Position: Junior Warehouse Executive

Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain

Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Location: Thoothukudi

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
Support order picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward goods.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages.
Assist in system data entry and ERP/WMS updates.
Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in daily operational activities.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS knowledge preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate:

Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
Willing to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Candidates from logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce background preferred.
