Junior Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our vibrant team at Beyoung, a direct-to-consumer brand. Your role will be pivotal in defining our brand's visual identity and ensuring creative excellence across all digital platforms and marketing materials. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand vision to our target audience. As a Senior Visual Designer at Beyoung, your key responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of visual design concepts that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with the creative team to establish a cohesive visual identity that resonates with our audience. Your role will involve creating visually stunning designs for various digital assets such as our website, advertisements, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee the production of high-quality photography and videography assets that showcase our products in an engaging manner. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to conceptualize and execute visually impactful seasonal campaigns that align with our brand strategy. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide junior designers, contribute to staying updated with industry trends, and track key performance indicators related to visual content to optimize our design strategies. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 0 to 2+ years of experience in visual design, with a focus on digital marketing and branding. A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects is a must, with experience in the D2C or e-commerce space being a valuable asset. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design software is required, along with experience in photography, videography, typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Your ability to think creatively and strategically, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
