Junior Visual Designer

As a designer at our fast-growing startup, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on across visual, brand, and interface design. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, and content, contributing to fast, iterative design work. If you enjoy refining the small details while also keeping the big picture in mind, this role is perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** - Designing high-quality interfaces and visual assets in Figma - Supporting brand development including style guides, landing pages, and design systems - Creating micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience - Assisting in building and updating marketing websites - Collaborating with teams to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Figma; comfortable designing UI and managing files - Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, and spacing - Interest in branding and building cohesive visual identities - Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Framer, After Effects, Lottie, or similar for motion design - Bonus: Experience in creating micro-interactions or animated transitions - A portfolio demonstrating visual clarity, consistency, and creative thinking This role is based in Bangalore and requires 1-2 years of experience.
