We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our team at &another. You’ll collaborate with our design and marketing team to craft engaging visual assets across a variety of industries. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in digital ads, social media design, and multidisciplinary brand projects. What you'll be doing Designing for some of India’s top D2C brands — creating performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling and visual impact. Bringing consistency to brand storytelling across digital platforms. Collaborating with the team to maintain cohesive visual identities. Supporting on a range of projects including social media content, decks, packaging, and other design deliverables. Taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality work on time. Qualifications required 1 year of experience in graphic or communication design. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Design, or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills in digital and print design. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; basic video editing knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication, accountability, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
