Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling ability, and proficiency in design and editing tools. You’ll be working closely with our content, marketing, and social media teams to produce engaging digital assets for campaigns, social media, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos.

Add transitions, effects, music, and subtitles to enhance storytelling.

Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative team to align video style with brand tone and campaign goals.

🎨 Graphic Design:

Design visually appealing creatives, social media posts, banners, and campaign graphics.

Support branding and marketing initiatives through impactful visual communication.

Work with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into attractive visuals.

Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and video content.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling.

Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
