Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain design consistency and follow UI/UX best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
✅ Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
✅ Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Ability to interpret business requirements into user-friendly designs.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

⭐ Experience with motion graphics & animations.
⭐ Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
⭐ Experience working in Agile development environments.
