As a Junior Travel Specialist at Madcap Adventure, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of travel and tourism. Your role will involve creating unforgettable travel experiences for our HNI clients by designing unique travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, and crafting holiday packages.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting the team in understanding the Client's travel preferences and requirements
2. Accountable for handling and converting all inbound travel inquiries.2. Assisting in creating customized luxury travel itineraries that cater to the individual needs and interests of clients3. Managing travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation4. Coordinate with vendors, on-ground teams, and internal teams to support seamless trip execution.5. Support the team in maintaining relationships with travel agents, luxury hotels, etc.6. Track competitor offerings, client feedback, and trends in the luxury travel segment.
