About the job: Meraki Diaries is a young, dynamic startup passionate about crafting unforgettable vacation experiences. Specializing in curated travel itineraries and seamless on-ground operations, we focus on providing personalized, stress-free holidays for our clients. As we grow, we're looking for a travel coordinator who can bring energy, efficiency, and customer-first thinking to the team. Role overview: As a travel coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our travel experiences planning, coordinating, and managing bookings and customer interactions while working closely with internal teams and local partners. You'll ensure that every detail is in place so our customers can focus on making memories. Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and activities. 2. Liaise with vendors and ground partners to confirm bookings and ensure service delivery. 3. Handle customer communications pre- and post-travel for smooth experience. 4. Maintain and update travel documents, confirmations, in the Client files. 5. Work with the marketing/sales team to support customized travel packages. 6. Provide operational support during high-travel seasons and manage last-minute changes. 7. Work with the social media team to come up with marketing solutions. 8. Monitor daily travel operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Comfort with Google Workspace, basic Excel, and PPT 5. Passion for travel and an understanding of destination logistics. 6. Flexibility and a proactive attitude—things move fast, and so do we! 7. Experience dealing with vendors across India or internationally 8. Knowledge of travel platforms (e.g., TripActions, Amadeus, Travelport, or similar). 9. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
