Junior Test Engineer

We are seeking new software graduate students (2025) who possess a high academic record, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and logical thinking ability. The ideal candidates should have scored 75% and above in their 10th, 12th, and Graduation examinations. Candidates with a background in BE/BTech - Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology (IT) are preferred. The position is based in Mumbai - Andheri East and Pune - Kalyani Nagar. As a QA Fresher, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will collaborate closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include understanding product requirements, creating and executing test cases, reporting bugs, performing regression and smoke testing, and learning and applying QA tools and processes. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product requirements and participate in reviews - Create and execute test cases based on specifications - Report bugs and track them to closure - Perform regression and smoke testing - Learn and apply QA tools and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Preferred Skills: - Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts - Familiarity with any programming language (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus - Knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar is an advantage - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn and take initiative,
