Junior Technician- Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined individuals to join our Operations department as Junior Technicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the solar energy sector, working closely with project and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of electrical systems, a strong willingness to travel and relocate, and the ability to conduct site surveys for technical feasibility. Responsibilities: * Conduct site surveys to assess the technical feasibility of solar installations, gathering necessary data and measurements. * Assist the project team in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of solar projects. * Perform basic electrical tasks as required, adhering to safety standards and procedures. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance at project sites. * Maintain accurate records of site surveys, installations, and maintenance activities. * Be willing to travel extensively to project locations and potentially relocate based on project needs. * Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards. * Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or senior team members. Qualifications and Skills: * Basic knowledge of electrical systems and principles. * Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. * Strong willingness to travel frequently and relocate if required. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer literacy. * A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the solar energy industry.
