Junior Technician - Intern

Your responsibilities will include assisting in conducting routine laboratory tests on patient samples under supervision, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring proper sample handling and processing, following quality control procedures, and documenting test results accurately. You will also familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with NABL guidelines, collaborating with senior lab technicians and pathologists to ensure precise diagnostic processes. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining records of tests performed and reporting results in a timely manner, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the lab. To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or a related field. Freshers, as well as students with internship or academic lab experience, are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of laboratory testing methods and instruments across multiple departments, understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory best practices, strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, good communication skills, and effective teamwork capabilities are essential requirements.
