Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and technical professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Oversee multiple web design & development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and align on objectives.
• Create project plans, milestones, and schedules, while ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Stay updated with latest web technologies, design trends, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet design aesthetics, functionality, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement quality assurance processes, including testing and debugging.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, addressing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization with focus on optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in web design & development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Prior experience in team leadership or project management roles.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and UX/UI design best practices.
