Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Expert at XpressEdu. The Junior Talent Expert will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential candidates, managing candidate relationships, and assisting in the development of recruitment strategies. They will also be responsible for conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the Junior Talent Expert will maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in identifying and recruiting potential candidates
• Proficiency in managing candidate relationships and developing recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Experience in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
• 6 months - 1 year of experience
