Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care under supervision of Senior Nursing Staff/Unit Incharge
Assist in patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and documentation
Support doctors and physiotherapists during procedures and rounds
Follow medication administration protocols as guided
Maintain cleanliness, patient safety, and infection control practices
Ensure timely recording of nursing notes, treatment charts, and patient progress
Assist in mobilization, positioning, and rehabilitation-related patient activities
Educate patients and caregivers on basic health and hygiene practices
Coordinate with front office, pharmacy, and other departments when required
Follow hospital protocols, standards, and patient care guidelines

Qualification & Eligibility

GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Kerala Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of infection control, patient care standards, and nursing protocols

Skills Required

Compassionate patient handling
Good communication & teamwork
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting
Willingness to learn and adapt to advanced clinical practices
