Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

Evaluate and manage patients with speech, language, communication, and voice disorders.
Work with speech disorders in patients with neurological, post-surgical, or post-traumatic conditions
Utilize modern diagnostic and therapy tools for speech and articulation correction.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Design individualized therapy plans for speech fluency, articulation, and language comprehension.
Implement cognitive-communication and voice therapy programs.
Provide family education for home-based reinforcement.

Departmental Contribution:

Maintain accurate session documentation and progress tracking.
Participate in multidisciplinary case meetings for holistic patient care.
Support training sessions for interns or junior therapists.

Research & Innovation:

Stay updated on evidence-based speech-language practices.
Contribute to developing innovative therapy models for neuro-rehab patients.

Business Enhancement:

Assist in community awareness programs for communication disorders.
Support the hospital’s speech-language packages and outreach campaigns.
