Junior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and concisely with users to identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce user-reported problems, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide high-quality customer service with a user-centric mindset.
• Collaborate with business users and application vendors to track and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in application administration tasks including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Understand and support business operations in a telecommunications service delivery and support environment.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to support business and technical needs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in a technical support or junior development role (freshers welcome)
