Job Description About the Role We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in software development and grow your technical skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance from senior team members. Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality and development practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to understand requirements and deliver features. Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Continuously learn and apply best practices in software development. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 02 years of professional or internship experience in software development. Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#). Familiarity with web frameworks or tools (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, or Spring Boot) is a plus. Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs. Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
