Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Social Media Strategist to support our senior strategy team in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have internship experience in social media and a good understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior strategists in building effective social media strategies for clients
• Support in content planning, calendar drafting, and brainstorming campaigns
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to generate insights
• Prepare client presentations, decks, and performance reports
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and copywriters for execution
• Participate in client calls and help with basic client communication
• Analyze platform insights and share recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, formats, and platform updates

Requirements

• Must have internship experience in social media, strategy, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Good knowledge of brand communication, audience analysis, and campaign planning
• Comfortable making visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/Keynote/PPT)
• Strong communication and basic client-management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
