Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Design and write engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Create graphics, videos, and reels (with the design or video editing team). Social Media Management: Schedule and post content using tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite). Maintain brand voice, tone, and style across platforms. Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience interests to improve reach and interaction. Campaign Execution: Run promotional campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, etc. Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating with marketing teams or agencies. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance (likes, reach, engagement, followers). Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions. Research & Trends: Stay updated with new features and algorithm changes. Benchmark against competitors.
