As an Influencer Relationship Manager at Amrutam, your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and connecting with influencers aligned with Amrutam's values in Ayurveda, wellness, and conscious living. - Managing outreach, negotiations, and establishing long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies. - Developing effective collaboration strategies for nano, micro, and macro influencers. - Maintaining an updated influencer database and coordinating regular engagement initiatives. You will also be responsible for: - Supporting in planning, executing, and launching influencer campaigns for product releases, festive periods, and brand storytelling. - Coordinating with influencers to create authentic, high-quality content across various platforms such as reels, stories, YouTube, and blogs. - Ensuring timely content approvals, compliance with brand guidelines, and on-schedule campaign delivery. - Collaborating with internal teams (brand, content, and performance) to align influencer efforts with overall marketing objectives. Furthermore, you will be tasked with: - Tracking and measuring campaign performance based on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. - Maintaining performance dashboards and campaign reports for analysis and optimization. - Identifying top-performing influencers for potential ambassador or recurring campaigns.
