Junior SOC Controller

As a Junior SOC Controller at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and standardization of security policies and programs to safeguard corporate business operations. You will represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence while monitoring and responding to security and safety-related events that may impact client members, visitors, and operations. Your commitment to customer service and delivering desirable outcomes will be essential in resolving issues for internal customers. Key Responsibilities: - Live monitoring of electronic security systems to detect unauthorized entry or criminal activity in client office premises, ensuring the safety of employees, customer confidential information, assets, and business operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and relevant parties seeking to report incidents, request emergency assistance, or seek security-related advice related to the client site. - Escalate any incidents, events, or environmental conditions that could adversely impact the client's interests to senior management. - Conduct security analysis of identified incidents and share detailed reports with the Security Analyst Supervisor. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Experience working and interacting with global teams. - One to two years of experience in Global Command Centre operations. - Graduation/Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with formal security education. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to serve as an effective team member and adapt to evolving external environments and organizational changes. - Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to facilitate progressive change. - Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Good analytical skills. Please note that the job may require: - Regular computer usage. - Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. - Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. - Travel as required.
