We would love to have you on board if you have a passion for digital marketing, understand content strategy, and are actively writing content (not necessarily entire blogs or other long-form content). You should also be able to audit existing content and improve it from an SEO perspective. About the Role We re looking for a Junior SEO Specialist with 1.5-2 years of experience in on-page and off-page SEO. You ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to execute strategies that improve organic visibility, build high-quality backlinks, and deliver measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who wants to go beyond just keyword stuffing and link spamming someone who understands the why behind the tactics and is always learning and experimenting. You should be someone who: Has a strong foundation in SEO fundamentals (on-page + off-page) Enjoys researching competitors and spotting backlink opportunities Can audit websites and recommend SEO-friendly improvements Knows how to use tools, but also thinks beyond them What You ll Do On-Page SEO Conduct keyword research to support content planning and optimization Optimize meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking Collaborate with content and design teams to implement SEO best practices Monitor technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers Off-Page SEO Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover link-building opportunities Execute white-hat outreach strategies including guest posting, link exchanges, and local citations Build and manage relationships with relevant publishers and websites Track and report on backlink performance and authority growth Analytics & Tools Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor site performance Run audits and track keywords using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Prepare monthly reports and insights on SEO impact Requirements 1.5 to 2 years of SEO experience (both on-page and off-page) Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest Understanding of white-hat link-building techniques and outreach campaigns Strong research and analytical skills Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn Nice to Have Prior experience working in an agency or tech-first company Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Sanity Exposure to content writing or keyword-focused briefs Understanding of Local SEO and citation management Perks & Benefits 30 days of paid annual time off (yes, 30!)
