Junior / Senior Architect

Role Description.

We are looking for a Senior / Junior Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site office role located in Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad Area & site office located in Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar. The Senior / Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the conceptual design and development of Resort Project, role also includes creating working drawings for the project and guiding contractors execute all the detail drawings, as well as providing support to the Senior Project Architects.

Qualifications.

• A degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in architectural design and development
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations such as UDCPR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, V-ray, Twinmotion, enscape.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preparation of BOQ and Presentations.
