Junior Scientist

As a Formulation Development Scientist at Inventia Healthcare, you will play a key role in developing oral dosage forms for regulated and semi-regulated markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Formulation and process development of various oral dosage forms such as immediate release, extended release, delayed release, and modified release. - Documentation of all experiments conducted to ensure accurate records are maintained. - Conducting literature surveys for new products and method development. - Ensuring experiments are carried out in compliance with statutory guidelines and supporting product manufacturing scale-up. - Planning and executing product development activities for ongoing projects. - Maintaining laboratory equipment and identifying troubleshooting needs for optimal laboratory functioning. - Coordinating with the Analytical Research team to receive test results as per the schedule. - Managing online experimental data and documenting it in the laboratory notebook as per guidelines. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in formulation and process development of oral dosage forms. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical development. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively within a team.,
