Junior Scientist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Scientist to join our Research & Development team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of novel immunoassays and protein-based technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and optimization of ELISA and lateral flow assays
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations
• Set up, adjust, calibrate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of experimental procedures and outcomes

Qualifications

Essential

• M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a biotech or life sciences industry setting
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in ELISA, lateral flow assay, and immunoassay development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with atteattention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP)
