Qualification : DMLT, BscMLT, MscMLT, Biochemistry

Experience: at least one or two years. (Fresher also applies)

Compensation : Starting from ₹15,000 per month (depending on the interview & experience).

Job description:

Serology Technician Responsibilities & Duties

• Process samples from acceptance to result transfer.
• Validate/verify assays under senior guidance.
• Generate and check reports; dispatch after approval.
• Prepare in-house reagents and verify performance.
• Maintain/calibrate equipment and update logbooks.
• Assist in new assay development.
• Manage inventory and raise indents.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Handle and escalate customer queries.
• Raise/close non-conformances in time.
• Train and support new joiners/colleagues.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Perform additional lab-related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
