Job: Junior Sales Representative

• Experience Required: 1-2 years in sales
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors
• Identify new business opportunities across Assam and the Northeast region
• Regular follow-ups for order closures and payments
• Keep track of market rates, competitors, and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal team for smooth delivery and logistics

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Languages - Assamese, Hindi and English
• Experience in the Iron & Steel industry preferrable
• Proven ability to build dealer networks and manage field sales
• Willing to travel for market visits across Assam/Northeast
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp for business, email)
