Junior Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential customers through leads, field visits, references, and digital channels.
• Educate customers about Home Loan and LAP products and eligibility.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Coordinate with partner banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
• Help customers with documentation and loan application processes.
• Follow up with customers and lenders to ensure timely disbursal.
• Achieve monthly disbursal targets as per assigned goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated with market trends, interest rates, and lender products.

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude.
• Basic understanding of banking or loan products (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle targets and field work.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–2 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or any customer-facing role.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in the local language and Hindi/English.
