Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The candidate will support sales operations, drive business growth in both B2B and B2C verticals, and contribute to achieving company targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build their career in sales with structured training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
• Meet and interact with schools, institutions, housing societies, corporates, and individual clients.
• Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve branch and individual sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply).
• Interest in sales, marketing, or sports infrastructure industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
