Junior Sales Engineer-India

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join Fudar Alloy's global team. You will play a key role in the South India market, responsible for promoting high-quality electrical contact material solutions and building long-term partnerships with clients. This position reports directly to the South India Regional Representative, offering professional business guidance and technical training to build a solid foundation for your career in sales engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1．Assist in developing and executing sales plans for the South India region, acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.

2．Provide professional product technical support and solutions to customers in industries such as electrical components and low-voltage equipment.

3．Collect and analyze market information to identify business opportunities and drive sales projects to completion.

4．Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure effective responses to customer needs in product application.

5．Participate in customer negotiations, technical exchanges, and contract follow-up to achieve defined sales targets.

Qualifications:

1．Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields.

2．2-3 years of experience in the electrical contacts, low-voltage electrical appliances, or related manufacturing industry; candidates with technical support, sales, or project coordination experience are preferred.

3．Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language for written and oral communication.

4．Strong teamwork skills, with outstanding customer communication and problem-solving abilities.

5．Adaptability to cross-regional collaboration models; must be based in Central or North India.

We Offer:

1． Salary：

Monthly Salary: INR 70,000 - 94,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses and commissions based on individual and company performance.
