To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3-4 years of experience in RPA development. - Familiarity with RPA tools such as PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. - Basic programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java. - Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Additionally, the following skills are beneficial and our team can help you develop them: - Exposure to SQL and database management. - Experience with REST APIs and web services. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Certification in any RPA platform is a plus.
