Job Description

As an RPA Developer at BMC, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using industry-standard RPA tools like PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Your contributions will directly impact BMC's mission to help customers become an Autonomous Digital Enterprise while fostering your own professional growth. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Assist in the development and maintenance of RPA bots - Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts for automation requirements - Design and document automation workflows - Test and debug RPA solutions for reliability and performance - Provide support for deployed bots and troubleshoot issues - Maintain version control and documentation for automation assets - Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and best practices To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3-4 years of experience in RPA development - Familiarity with RPA tools such as PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere - Basic programming skills in C#, Python, or Java - Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and teamwork skills While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous and can be developed with our team: - Exposure to SQL and database management - Experience with REST APIs and web services - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Certification in any RPA platform At BMC, we value diversity and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
