Junior Revenue Operations (Jr. RevOps)

As a Junior Revenue Operations team member at RunLoyal, you will play a vital role in supporting the RevOps and Finance teams in managing subscriptions, revenue, and analytics. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for working with numbers, enjoys handling spreadsheets, and is keen on understanding the dynamics of scaling a SaaS business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage subscription data and pricing updates. - Maintain accurate revenue and subscription reports in Excel/Google Sheets. - Support monthly revenue tracking and forecasting. - Monitor SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, and LTV. - Ensure data hygiene in HubSpot (CRM) and Stripe (billing platform). - Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align subscription records. - Document processes and provide input for automation. **Qualifications:** - Recently completed or pursuing a postgraduate program in MBA Finance, Business Analytics, M.Sc. Data Analytics, or a related field. - Strong interest in SaaS, finance, or revenue operations. - Proficient in working with Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, pivots, and charts. - Possess an analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new tools like HubSpot and Stripe. - Proactive, curious, and eager to develop in a SaaS environment. **Nice to Have:** - Academic or project experience in finance, analytics, or operations. - Basic understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV. - Exposure to automation or workflow tools like Zapier.
