About the Role:

Junior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Support

? Assist in managing a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients.

? Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.

2. Investment Advisory Support

? Recommend and explain suitable investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS,

AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.

? Coordinate with senior managers for customized solutions when required.

3. Business Development

? Support client acquisition through referrals, networking, and market research.

? Identify prospective clients and assist in onboarding.

4. Client Engagement

? Conduct regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and client service interactions.

? Share market updates, product information, and financial insights.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

? Work closely with product, research, and operations teams to ensure smooth

execution of client requests and investment operations.

6. Market Research

? Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory developments to better

assist clients.

7. Compliance

? Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards during

all client interactions and transactions.

8. Target Achievement

? Support achievement of revenue, AUM, and client acquisition goals.

Candidate Profile:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Product Distribution.

? Strong understanding of financial products and investment concepts.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

? Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.

? Mandatory: NISM certification.

? Preferred: CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications.
