Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and acquiring new clients.
Develop strong client engagement strategies to build long-term partnerships with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in gold loan industry).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com.).
Strong understanding of branch operations, business development, client engagement, and jewel loans/gold appraisal processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
