Junior Regional Controller

As a Junior Regional Controller at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and standardization of security policies and programs to safeguard corporate business operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Representing Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Monitoring and responding appropriately to security and safety-related events that may impact client members, visitors, and operations. - Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service by delivering desirable outcomes that resolve issues for internal customers. - Live monitoring of electronic security systems deployed to detect unauthorized entry or criminal activity in client office premises, ensuring the safety of employees, customer confidential information, assets, and business operations. - Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and other relevant parties seeking to report an incident, request emergency assistance, or seek security-related advice related to the client site. - Escalating any incidents, events, or environmental conditions that could adversely impact the client's interests to senior management. - Conducting security analysis of identified incidents and sharing detailed reports with the Security Analyst Supervisor. - Fulfilling any other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in working/interacting with global teams and a minimum of two to three years of experience in Global Command Center operation. - Graduation/Bachelor's degree or equivalent education along with formal security education. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to serve as an effective team member and adapt to evolving external environments and organizational changes. - Attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to facilitate progressive change. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be prepared to work in the following conditions: - Regular computer usage. - Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. - Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. - Travel as required.,
