Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair participation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
