Junior Recruiter (BIM/Architecture/BMC/ Consultancy Background)

Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, energetic Junior Recruiter to join our team in Chhatarpur. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of focused recruitment experience, specifically targeting roles within the BIM, Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Building Materials (BMC) sectors. You should not only know how to source but also understand the technical jargon and specific requirements of these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Niche Sourcing: actively source hard-to-find talent for technical roles (e.g., BIM Modelers, Revit Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP coordinators, Site Architects) using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), specialized industry forums, and referrals.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough first-level screening calls. Evaluate candidates not just on general fit, but on their technical understanding of the specific domain (BIM/Arch/BMC) and their communication capabilities.
• Data Management (Excel): Meticulously maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines in MS Excel. You must be comfortable managing large sets of data, ensuring everyday updates on candidate status, interview feedback, and souring metrics.
• Coordination: End-to-end coordination of interview schedules between candidates and technical hiring managers. Ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Market Intelligence: Utilize your background in the sector to understand market trends and salary benchmarks for niche architectural and engineering roles.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Mandatory Background: Must have 1-3 years of recruitment experience specifically hiring for BIM, Architecture, Construction, or Engineering Consultancy firms. You must be familiar with industry terminology (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, LOD, MEP, Navisworks).
• Availability: Must be able to join Immediately or within a maximum of 10 days. Candidates with longer notice periods will not be considered.
• Sourcing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Boolean search, Naukri database, and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Professional.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for interacting with candidates and senior internal stakeholders.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel is required for daily reporting and tracker maintenance (comfortable with organizing data, filters, and basic formulas).
• Location: Comfortable working daily from our office in Chhatarpur, Delhi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
