Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for banking sector profiles. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to recruitment within a staffing or placement firm and be familiar with hiring for roles such as Relationship Managers, Branch Operations, Tellers, Sales Executives, and Back Office professionals within banks and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various banking and financial sector positions.
• Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
• Coordinate with client banks and NBFCs to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking.
• Schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Assist senior recruiters and HR leads in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for banking or BFSI clients.
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, and internal databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking roles and terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
