Junior Quantity Surveyor / Engineer

At Nurall, we build exclusive, eco-conscious wellness villas that blend luxury with holistic well-being. This is a critical role to bridge our design vision with precise on-site execution.

What You Will Do:

 * Draft detailed working drawings and GFCs in AutoCAD based on architect guidance.

 * Generate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all civil, structural, and interior works.

 * Prepare site reports (MIS, as-built tracking, material reconciliation, change orders).

This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday - Saturday).

We are looking for someone with:

Must-Haves:

 * Experience: 0-2 years in a relevant field.

 * Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

 * Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is essential.

 * Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

 * Location: Candidates from Pondicherry or nearby localities are strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

 * Experience with MIS reporting and preparing presentations.

 * Experience coordinating with external drafting firms.
