Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Miratech, you will be part of a project focusing on testing Conversational AI applications, including chatbots and voicebots. Your role will involve designing and executing functional and regression test scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in testing Genesys IVR applications and Conversational AI solutions (including Voice BOTs). - 2+ years of hands-on experience with IVR testing tools such as CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher. - Proficient in Text-to-Speech (TTS) augmentation, SSML tags, and audio augmentation techniques. - Skilled in functional test case creation and test data preparation. - Experience working with Splunk for query execution and log validation. - Expertise in call routing and skill-based routing testing. - Strong attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and results-driven approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team. - Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively. - Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Flexible to provide evening or weekend support during system deployments when required.
