Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 years of experience to manage client communications and ensure timely delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and a background in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports.
• Track project progress and handle any issues or roadblocks that arise.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and provide updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all project deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Client handling and relationship management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Basic understanding of IT project life cycles and development processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
