Junior Project Coordinator (Client Services)

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, bilingual communicator to join us in a junior project management / client services role.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day project management with internal teams and clients
• Own timelines, follow-ups, and documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally — both written and verbal
• Proactively solves problems and solution oriented
• Help shape our internal systems as we grow

Who we’re looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or agency ops

• Fluency in English

• Super organized

• Friendly, professional, and

  highly responsible

• Mumbai-based and available to work
