What you’ll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day project management with internal teams and clients
• Own timelines, follow-ups, and documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally — both written and verbal
• Pre-empt issues and proactively solve problems
• Help shape our internal systems as we grow

Who we’re looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or agency ops
• Excellent English — spoken and written — at near-native level
• Super organized, detail-obsessed, and fast on your feet
• Friendly, professional, and highly responsible
• Mumbai-based and available to work on-site in Nariman Point
