Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in Daily Operations: Support the production team in machine operation, material handling, and maintaining workflow on the shop floor. Learn Equipment Handling: Understand the functioning of key machinery and tools used in the production process. Monitor Quality Parameters: Check product quality under supervision and report any defects or deviations. Follow SOPs and Guidelines: Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, safety norms, and work instructions. Report Breakdowns or Delays: Immediately communicate any issues or stoppages to the shift supervisor or maintenance team. Documentation & Logs: Assist in recording daily production data, machine hours, or material usage as required. Develop Skills for Growth: Take initiative to learn new skills, participate in training sessions, and show readiness for more responsibilities over time. Preferred candidate profile Basic understanding of machines or tools Quick learner with a positive, growing attitude Good observation and reporting skills Team player with discipline and punctuality Willingness to work in shifts
