We support multiple Australian businesses by delivering high-quality Back Office, Administrative, IT, BPO, and Business Support Services. Our teams operate closely with international clients, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and world-class service delivery.

About the Internship

We are offering an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals to build a strong foundation in Business Operations, Process Management, Data Processing, and Order Administration.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to international business workflows, Australian client processes, and professional corporate standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the business structure and identify customer needs to provide accurate guidance.
  • Review and interpret Service Contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), and client purchase orders.
  • Process and verify purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and billing documents.
  • Review vendor quotes, sales orders, and costing tools for correct revenue recognition.
  • Perform analysis and processing of transactions as per defined business procedures.
  • Work with product technical drawings to process orders based on standard and customized designs.
  • Execute accurate data entry, data processing, and record management activities.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all processed documents and tasks.
  • Provide prompt responses to internal and external stakeholder queries.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through inbound/outbound calls and chat.
  • Handle tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with zero errors.
  • Assist with audits, reviews, and escalation handling when required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, mentors, and support functionsteamwork is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
  • Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering graduates preferred
  • Strong proficiency in English-speaking skills
