Junior PR Executive

As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in clarifying the organization's point of view to its main audience through media press releases and interviews. Your responsibilities will include developing advertising and marketing communications materials to promote the organization positively. You will be tasked with monitoring social, economic, and political trends that could potentially impact the organization and recommending ways to enhance the firm's image based on these trends. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize crisis communication plans as needed and prepare media kits. Moreover, you will manage and execute disseminations, track the news using media listening tools, and cultivate communication strategies aimed at influencing public opinion and promoting services by aligning them with the organization's objectives and needs. Developing a comprehensive multi-media communication strategy targeted at different audiences will also be part of your role. Furthermore, as a Communications Specialist, you will attend resource fairs and other relevant events, building relationships with journalists, stakeholders, and community leaders to ensure positive interactions and coverage. You will organize press conferences, briefings, and other events to disseminate key messages and initiatives, as well as create engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles, and social media platforms. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels will be essential. In this position, you will proactively identify potential issues or crises and develop communication strategies to address them effectively.
