Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Paid Ads Specialist located in Mumbai. The Junior Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Day-to-day tasks include researching target audiences, creating ad copy and visuals, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and reporting on campaign metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the digital marketing team to develop strategies for improving ad performance and achieving client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Skills in researching target audiences and creating ad copy and visuals
• Capability in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics
• Ability to adjust bids and budgets to optimize campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus
